Hi Paul,

     I checked and indeed all my x, y and z values are ascending. For ex:

Box  1
  -8     -8     -8
  0.0     0.2     1.25
  0.0     0.2     1.25
  0.0     0.2     1.25
  W  ,   ,W  ,   ,W  ,···
  I  ,   ,I  ,   ,t  ,···

So, this particular box starts at x=0 and ends at x=.2 and so on for y 
and z. Is this the correct format? This is what I did for all 27 boxes.

P.S Am sorry about the oversized mail. I tried to compress it and get it 
to under 512 kb but it looks like I miscalculated.
