[Nek5000-users] MPI Profiling

Dear all,

I added some automatic MPI profiling capabilities to Nek. To simplify the implementation I used weak aliases for the MPI wrappers. Unfortunately those are not supported on all platforms (e.g. MAC OS X) so you may have to disable the timing module (see makenek). I will work on a more portable solution in the meantime.
