Hi David,

The disadvatage of setting p94 to zero is that there is no accelerated 
convergence in pressure solver due to projection to the solution space.

Setting DT>0 will results in an attempt to adjust DT to keep CFL constant 
set by p25 (COURANT)

Another way of setting an iteration tolerence in pressure solver is 
explicitly to p21 (DIVERGENCE).
