[Nek5000-users] genmap error: infinite loop, not connected, in rec_bisect

Paul, 



Find attached two Rea files for the domain:  One with the periodic condition, and one using walls instead.  This is a conjugate HT case.  The domainW.rea goes through genmap, however domainP.rea get's held up, and then quits with an error message similar to below. Thanks very much for looking into this, it has been frustrating me lately.
