On Windows, the linker complais about<BR>
MPI_Type_create_f90_{integer|real|complex} being undefined.<BR>
Others MPICH2-based impls (DeinoMPI and MS MPI from HPC Cluster Pack<BR>
2008) exhibit the same issue.<BR>
Is this intentional or Am I missing something?<BR>
