</div>If you are running on a single node, why do you need MVAPICH2? The<br>
differences between MVAPICH2 and MPICH2 are primarily with respect to<br>
Infiniband support.<br>
<br>
If you insist on using MVAPICH2, then contact them for support of MPD<br>
within their distribution. If you switch to MPICH2 and can reproduce<br>
the error, then you can post that to this list. The latest version of<br>
MPICH2 has an excellent PM called Hydra, which eliminates many issues<br>
one might face with MPD.<br>
