Hi,<br><br>I have installed this "mvapich2-1.4-1.el5" MPICH2 rpm-package in my Red Hat system.<br><br>This is my system Info : <br>[ucm@mohanty ~]$ uname -a<br>Linux mohanty.localdomain 2.6.18-164.el5xen #1 SMP Tue Aug 18 15:59:52 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux<br>
<br>I have done all the necessary path settings, and also place mpd.conf in /etc and its also running.<br><br>Now to test the installation I am using this mpi2test package from<br><br><a href="ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/mpi/mpi-test/mpich-test.tar.gz">ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/mpi/mpi-test/mpich-test.tar.gz</a><br>
<br>it gets configured and build well without errors.<br><br>the problem occurs when I do "make testing", I am attaching the make testing log with the mail, please see to it and help me.<br><br>Also I have no knowledge of how to give mpi runs, so can you please provide me with some good basic web references.<br>
