As of mpich2-1.1 myrinet is supported (via MX). Configure with "--with-device=ch3:nemesis:mx --with-mx=/path/to/mx-installation". You should be able to download MX from Myricom here if you don't already have it: <a href="http://www.myri.com/scs/download-mx10g.html" target="_blank">http://www.myri.com/scs/download-mx10g.html</a><br>
