Hi,<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I was trying to compile the example programmes(the f90 file pi3f90.f90) in mpich2-1.0.6 and I got an error message <br><br>ld: skipping incompatible /home/xguo/Desktop/mpich2-1.0.6/lib/libmpich.a when searching for -lmpich
<br>ld: skipping incompatible /usr/local/lib/libmpich.a when searching for -lmpich<br>ld: cannot find -lmpich<br>However the corresponding example in cxx works fine. I got the same problem with the earlier versions also(2-1.0.5
 and 2-1.0.4). I work with Mandriva Linux and the processor is a 64 bit AMD.<br><br>Any suggestions?<br clear="all"><br>-- <br>Venkattraman
