[mpich-discuss] update www for MPI-2?

When I google "mpi_send", the top link is
www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/www/www3/MPI_Send.html, but not so much for
"mpi_win_set_name".  It appears that the MPICH online documentation is
limited to the MPI-1 API (see
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpi/www/ and
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpi/www/www3/).

Is it possible to update the online documentation so that when I
google MPI function names etc. I get the MPICH version of the
documentation?  There are a number of reasons for this.
