[mpich-discuss] mpich build error

Hi,

I am trying to install mpich 1.2.7 libraries on the cluster
"Linux snow2 2.6.31.14-0.4-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT 2010-10-25 08:45:30 +0200
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux"
using gnu compilers (gfortran and gcc) .  mpif90 and mpif77 libraries are
not created .
mpicc, mpiCC, mpirun ...these libraries are built successfully.

The steps which i followed for the installation is given below.

1) export FC=/usr/bin/gfortran
     export F77=/usr/bin/gfortran
     export F90=/usr/bin/gfortran
     export CC=/usr/bin/gcc
     export  CXX=/usr/bin/g++

2)  ./configure --prefix=/local/vol00/mpich-1.
2.7  --enable-f77 --enable-f90modules

3) make

Please help to solve this issue.
