[mpich-discuss] Unrecognized RMK errors

In order to have MPICH use rsh instead of ssh, I built it (version 1.3.2 on GCC 4.1 on Redhat EL5 Linux) with:
configure --with-hydra-bss=rsh,ssh,fork,slurm
This causes any MPI executables to error out with:
../bin/mpirun -np 2 cpi
 HYDT_bsci_init (./tools/bootstrap/src/bsci_init.c:149): unrecognized RMK: none
 main (./ui/mpich/mpiexec.c:309): unable to reinitialize the bootstrap server

How to fix this? Thanks,
