[mpich-discuss] How to build libfmpich libraries

MPICH-1.2.5.2 is very old.  Can you try MPICH2?  You can download the latest version here:

http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/index.php?s=downloads

Let us know if you have any trouble with this.
