If the user passed "-n 2", LSB_MCPU_HOSTS should be 2 even if there are 
4 processors on the system. That's the expected behavior.

I'm repeating my question here:

If it sets the value passed to the "-n" parameter of bsub, that's the
correct behavior -- this is what we want it to do.

If it sets the value to "1", that's incorrect.

So which one does it set? The value given to "-n" or "1"?
