[mct-ann] MCT public repository with git.

The MCT source is now being maintained using the git source code control 
system!

The main repository is located (and readable) at:
http://git.mcs.anl.gov/MCT.git/

The complete MCT development history was included in the conversion.

You can do an anonymous checkout of the latest version with:
git clone git://git.mcs.anl.gov/MCT.git


A second git repository is also being maintained at GitHub.  This 
version includes only what is necessary for using MCT and omits examples 
and other directories.  Main development will occur in the Argonne git 
repo.  The GitHub repo will only be updated when a release is made.

A feature of GitHub, and the reason for maintaining this second repo, is 
that you can also check out using svn commands.  See this page for more

To become an MCT developer with write privileges to the Argonne 
repository, only an ssh key is needed.  Please contact me if you are 
interested.
