[$LIST] MCT 2.6.0 released

MCT 2.6.0 is now available on the website:  www.mcs.anl.gov/mct

MCT can now be built on MacOSX with gfortran.

The major new feature is the addition of flow-controlled gather routines 
from Pat Worley (ORNL).  These often perform better then native 
MPI_Gather for large processor counts on some platforms.  See 
mpeu/m_FcComm.F90.  These are being used in m_AttrVectComms and 
m_GlobalSegMap.

mpi-serial:  add more MPI types such as MPI_INTEGER16.
