Special update.

The Argonne Pool League is making the following recommendations regarding the corona virus.  Instead of shaking hands or hugging, use fist pumps or elbow bumps or simple nods of acknowledgement to show sportsmanship.  Create social distance when possible and wash your hands frequently.  If you are not feeling well, stay home.  We will suspend penalties for make up matches and if we get too many makeup matches we will add another week to the season.  Please keep your opposing team updated if you are expecting to not have enough players.

There was a league inquiry as to whether mooning was an acceptable form of greeting or showing sportsmanship. It is not, and while not a corona virus risk, it is considered in poor taste and will be frowned upon or met with other forms of disgust.


If anything changes we will let you know.  Thanks for cooperating.
