[POOL] Argonne Pool League - Week 4 results

Attached are the results, stats, and next week’s scoresheet.

New Player.  Charles Swartz has joined team #4 “Nice Rack”.  Please welcome him when you see him.

Standings.  Team #8 has moved into 1st place, but just 2 matches behind, there is a 4 way tie for 2nd.  It’s early, but could be an exciting season.

Periscope.   Just a reminder, league matches are broadcast on Periscope and can be watched live on Periscope.tv<http://Periscope.tv> or the periscope app.  Just seach for Argonne Pool League or leaguepool.   We also have a website where you can find rules, stats, standings, Hall of Fame, etc.  https://blogs.anl.gov/billiards/

Pool Class.  Dean and Ron will be again teaching a beginning/intermediate and an intermediate/advanced pool class starting March 1.   We’re trying them a little later on Sunday and hope to reach people that couldn’t do the Saturday times.  Attached is a brief summary and more details will be coming soon.  Argonne Pool League member rate is $100 and $125 respectively.  See Dean or Ron for more details.
