[POOL] Argonne Pool League - No Sweat wins tournament

Congratulations to team #7, “No Sweat”, who won the Spring 2019 tournament!

Final night was a great success.  The pizza and wings were great and many of the matches were very exciting.  The cake was good too, I think Karlé ate 3 pieces herself!  Thanks to everyone who contributed to the collection for our servers.

Summer pool nights will be held the last Tuesday of each month.  That’s May 28, June 25, July 30 and August 27.  It’ll be $5 to play for the night and it will include a tournament that will start at 7pm.  I will be sending out reminders ahead of time.

Fall 2019 session will begin on September 17.  I have quite few people interested in joining our league so please let me know if you need players.

Thank you Dave Stevens.  Dave Stevens is stepping down from running the league and Jason Boggs and I will be running it starting this fall.  A big thanks to Dave Stevens who helped out these past years and redid the spreadsheet to allow us to manage the league operations and data much more efficiently and accurately.  Dave will still be around to help out with problems in the spreadsheet and to take the blame for mistakes that might crop up in the future.  Thanks again Dave.
