Moe, For the Winter session, Pool League president Dean is proposing that we lower everyone's handicap by 10% (for players with a negative handicap, it would be an increase--their handicaps would be 10% less negative) to reduce the handicap differences between players. We've done this in the past. I'm OK w/ that change. What do you think? John
