[POOL] Pool Final Results and New Session

If needed, I can play tonight.

I'm definitely not a fan of the "2:1" for lower handicapped players.  If you're 
<10 and the higher of the two, that is just not fair.  This type of match-up 
only happens a couple times per session, so I think its impact on overall time 
is negligible.
