[POOL] Pool starts tomorrow

Moe,

Pool league finally starts tomorrow.  The changes for now are:

* The new League Fee would be $10 to join.
* The new Match Fee would be $8 to play.
* The number of matches played per night would be 4.
* Our time frame now becomes 6pm until 10pm.

There may be more in the future (eg, limiting matches to 1 hr), but
that's yet to be determined.

Based on replies, team status is:

  Brian Toonen:  OUT
  Paul Rich:     OTF (on the fence)
  Craig Stacey:  OUT
  Roger Sersted: OUT
  Rob Jacob:     OUT
  Paul Hovland:  ??
  Az Mametjanov: ??
  Adam Scovel:   OUT

Any decision, Paul R?  Az and Paul H, are you still in?  If we don't
have quorum, then I plan to recruit (in CELS) for more players, and if
we still don't have quorum after that, then we'll just fold the team;
those who still want to play in the league will likely be able to find
spots on the other teams.
