Regarding player availability for fall session, we have:

  John:  available all nights (modulo unforeseen problems)
  Craig: available ~1/3 nights
  Roger: available most nights as a standby
  PaulH: available ~1/2 nights, mostly missing Sep
  PaulR: available all nights
  Az:    available (late) all nights as needed
  Adam:  available on a night-by-night basis

Brian & Rob, what do you anticipate your availability to be?  Given
the list above, we should have 3 or 4 every week, counting Roger and
Az.

Hello, Everyone,

I currently have no update for the dealings with the people at Q.  I have sent two emails to the manager, Joaquin, but I have not heard back from him.  (Granted, one email was sent today.)  

We may have to delay the start of this season by a week (Sept 17) while we are working things out.  As of right now, though, I have not found any alternative to playing at Q.  No one else has 9' tables for league play.

I am willing to compromise and pay more than the traditional $25/night fee that we have paid in the past.  I am even willing to go up to $75/night.  This will mean an increase in the match and league fees.

I refuse to pay anything higher than $75/night.  If they hold firm at their price ($150/night), I feel that there is no choice but for me to relinquish my position as League President and let someone else manage this situation.

I plan on calling Q this week.  I wanted to stop by tonight, but I have other plans for this evening.  I could try to stop by tomorrow night, but I cannot guarantee that.  One way or another, I will make contact and see where we stand. 

I will do my best to keep you posted.
