[POOL] Yesterday's results

We played Retarded Monkeys.  We entered the night in a 3-way tie for
3rd.

Brian T played Ray in a 3:3.  Eager to get home to Karen, :) Brian
quickly dispensed with Ray, shutting him out, 3:0.

Rob played Mike Sumrow next, in a 1:7.  Rob was shooting very well
against a tough opponent, sinking most of his balls well before Mike
sank his in most of the games, until Rob finally sank the 8 first in
the 5th game, taking the match 1:4.

I played next against Denis in a 2:4.  I should have shot better than
I did, and couldn't capitalize on the lucky defensive leaves I left
Denis, so I went down, 0:4.  I did have a bit of pain in my neck (I
mean besides Roger ;) ), so I'll use that as my excuse.

Speaking of Roger, he played the 4th match against Samantha in a 2:2.
Roger took the 1st game easily but then starting wavering a bit in the
2nd, which Samantha won.  Fortunately, he got back on track for the
hill game which he won with some clutch shooting, taking the match
2:1.

Brian R played the last match against Rich, in a 2:5.  Unfortuatnely,
Brian was having an off night and was missing shots he normally makes,
going down 0:5.

So we won 3, lost 2; not bad at all.

Next week we play Mr mR.
