Ooops, I hit the "send" button by accident again without a response.
Clearly, I meant observer, but it is interesting to note that "spell check" says that this is a good word. Looking on the
internet the word "oberverer" has some "Netherlands" meaning, but I could only find it used in the context of sentences.
Here is an example:
"... til at undersida av store skyer har ulike grå tonar og at overskya vêr er grått; lite lys vert reflektert og sendt tilbake til personen som oberverer. ... "
So, to answer your question, "What's an oberverer?", I don't know, I would have to find someone who speaks Dutch, but you are correct
in finding my typo.
