Congrats, Bill! Andy's a tough opponent!

My match was 3-2, I was the 2.

Subject: [POOL] last night's results

It was a fun night with new team member Bill and his wife (Jill?) joining us.

I led off against Ron (aka Scott). I lost a 5:1 5-0. I had one game where I had a chance, but alas, I was outplayed.

Phil lost to Bob in a tough 2:2 match that went three games.

Craig won his match. I'm not sure of the ratio (8:1?). I don't recall the final score.

Aaron played Cheryl in an interesting match, where one game they decided to trade "ball in hand". I swear every two shots was ball in hand. Very strange, but fun to watch. Unfortunately, Aaron lost 4:3 match-up, 3-0.

Then last-up was our new teammate Bill up against Andy in a 4:3 match, Bill had 3. This was a great match. Bill was shooting well right from the start. But, Andy came into his own as the match went on. It came down to the sixth game, each player shooting on the eight. Bill won. Congratulations Bill. He tested with a 35 handicap and is now a 41.
