Yes.  So we didn't get swept away :)

The matchup was 5:3 - and my opponent won the first 3.  Then I managed
to sneek in 3 wins after that (some of the difficult shots went
through).

The 3rd win had been similar to the one against Dean Bass. The
opponent played a safety - so that I don't get a clean shot. However
the bank shot I attempted - sunk the ball! (and subsequently the
black) :)
