<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">When I began writing chunks collectively with hdf5 I got errors only when darshan instrumentation is enabled. </p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">The darshan instrumentation without hdf5 chunking worked fine (also with --enable-hdf5-mod). </p>
