<div>I am trying to apply Darshan to a dynamically linked executable on a BGQ system with shared parallel hdf5 library. I have tried several Darshan versions, several hdf5 versions, and am using the gcc C and fortran compilers (with mlicc and mpif90 wrappers)</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Without Darshan, the code will execute, but when set LD_PRELOAD, the code aborts. My suspicion is that there is a problem with my hdf5 library build.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Has anyone encountered this?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Does anyone have a good (and current)recipe for building parallel hdf5 on BGQ?</div>
<div><br>

<div>Thanks,</div>
