I don't think that is a requirement, although many government agencies
have AG nodes. I do know that many research proposals to DOE, NSF
and other funding sources are now including Access Grid as a
primary method of group collaboration. All of the national labs
have at least one Access Grid node, as do many other government research
facilities.....<br><br>
