w:st="on">Vista</st1:place> is when you have a network card that is not
connected, it may help to disable it. This includes a wireless card that is
not associated with an Access Point. <st1:place w:st="on">Vista</st1:place>
seems to mistakenly report these as usable, and then vic falls over when it
tries to bind to it. No idea if this is solved in Windows 7 as I haven’t
tried it as yet.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

both – our new production machines are Win 7 for display and capture. If
you don’t have multicast, disable the beacon I think is what everyone is
