I ended up figuring the problem out. The instructions on the AG web
site states, "...<font face="Gill Sans MT">type in a Jabber ID (a name
you want to be called on Jabber in the format
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:username@jabber.mcs.anl.gov">username@jabber.mcs.anl.gov</a>) and a password." So I typed in
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:jhm@chpc.utah.edu">jhm@chpc.utah.edu</a>. Finally, my grokking process kicked and I typed in
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:jimmy@jabber.mcs.anl.gov">jimmy@jabber.mcs.anl.gov</a>. Now all is well.<br>
<br>
Sheesh, some people's brains. ;-)<br>

Any ideas about what might be happening here?
