hi bill. seems like it was both ways. in fact, right now, as before, this was due to PIM being turned off for other reasons, that we are working with cisco to find a cure. the beaconview is currently looking just the way it did the other day, if you wan to take a look. but in addition, it seemed like other people off campus were also having problems and i didn't know if there was any relation between the two. it was difficult to get a systematic off campus test of the situation. thanks, -gurcharan =========================== Gurcharan S.
