personal opinion is that you hold off installing AG2.1 for the moment.
Currently, you won't be able to do a successful install in any case. ANL are
promising a fixed release real soon (this week...?). Watch AG-TECH for signs
that this imminent release is more stable and robust. Then install

more details). So you'll need it for that. I believe that ANL intend to switch
off the AG1 venue server early next year. So you'll need AG2 then. But I'm
sure they won't switch it off until AG2 is working at least as well as

hope someone will respond with their opinion about using RedHat 9.0. At the

I was considering upgrading our access grid node here at USM from the old
version 1.0 that we’re using to 2.1. My question is, is there any
reason to do this? Is it needed, or will it be needed. Can I
expect any problems? I hoped to start with fresh installs of Windows
XP on the Control and Display machines, and RedHat 9.0 on the audio and
video machines. What are you’re suggestions? How much time can
expect to get it up and running (by this I mean, won’t I require a
certificate to be returned to me by <A
