The cheapest real hardware client is the USB connected PolyCom ViaVideo,
about 5-600$. Forget about NetMeeting. There are some acceptable PCI cards
from VCON (Escort, Cruiser) and the USB System VIGO also from VCON.<br>
All perform well, are widely spread, tested and robust also in extensive
multipoint use.<br>
