unfortunately, the state of our resources is that debugging these multicast cast
problems that go off campus is a low priority given other demands and we don't
have a lot of experience with it as well.

if others are having these problems, too, then maybe there's a central resource
at ANL, Abilene, or Internet2 that could help with these issues that potentially
affect all of us?

any suggestions?

If you can identify streams that others can see and you cannot, this is a
classic symptom of multicast routing problems. Gather the following
information:

	Multicast group
	IP address of the sender
	IP address of your receiver

and talk to your campus networking folks about the problem.
