node operator could have a muted mike that he turns on if there is a need for
communication and with locally reinforced audio it would work well. I do
like the idea of one way glass for the operator in certain cases, with small
groups it might seem intrusive to have an operator in the room at times.
At our facility the node op oftne particpates in the sessions, but for sites
that don't require that sort of particpation, it's probably okay. And, if
need be, just pop a camera behind the glass.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

could be a problem. Very frequently the node operator needs to interact with
the participants, especially if there's a problem (somebody's video window
disappears, etc.) and the node op needs to explain what's going on.
