[AG-TECH] Argonne Access Grid server downtime

The following machines/services are back up:

VenueServer, BridgeRegistry (vv3.mcs.anl.gov)
Jabber server (jabber.mcs.anl.gov)

The Argonne bridge (milton.mcs.anl.gov) will come up later today.
