[AG-TECH] Possible problems with the 3.2 Beta "all-in-one-installer"!

Correction: on Windows, 261as works with the normal version of vic
associated with the regular VideoConsumerService and not with the h.264
consumer service. The fact that it doesn't show up at all implies to me that
it's a network issue of some kind and not, say, a decoder issue. I might try
and take a look at the code next week.
