Hi, We've got a couple of Canon VC-C4 controllable pan/tilt/zoom
cameras in our AG rooms.
In addition to using the in-room IR remote controls, I'd like to be
able to control these cams from the Linux (FC8) AG display hosts.
Has anyone had experience controlling them under Linux?
I'm trying libvisca http://damien.douxchamps.net/libvisca/ but not
having any luck.
The libvisca kit seems to have been developed/tested with Sony cam's,
so I'm not sure if i'm they talk the same command set.
I guess another way to go would be to use LIRC (www.lirc.org) with an
IR transmitter.
Cheers, Andrew
