Jeremy,
The user running VenueManagement needs to have the same certificate
as the user running the VenueServer. If necessary, you can then allow
other certificate holders to have management privileges from the
VenueManagement UI. From the above, it looks like the user running
VenueManagaement doesn't have any certificate installed.
