[AG-TECH] Problem with winnov videum card when changing venues

I've not seen that behavior.  There is some mapping done in the
VideoProducerService code specifically for this type of card.
Maybe the VideoProducerService.log file has an indication of the
problem?  If you don't see anything, you could send it along for
us to take a look at.
