[AG-TECH] Using the Certificate Manager through an authenticated proxy

Hi John:

The AG code doesn't have support for using an authenticated proxy. The
only way I
can think that you dealt with this problem previously was to
request/retrieve the cert
from outside the net with the authenticated proxy, then exporting it,
and importing it
on the machine where you need it.

I think it would be relatively easy to implement support for using an
authenticated
proxy. If anyone is interested in taking up that project, let me know.

Tom
