We're about to install not an AMX system but a Crestron and
I've agreed with the installers that they can use the other
interfaces on the XAP-800 and I'll use the serial port; I don't
believe there is any need to share the serial port.

Cheers

Chris

Subject: [AG-TECH] XAP control by means of AMX system

Hi everybody,

I wonder whether someone out there have an AMX system to control the Gware.
Is there any way to share the serial port in order to allow control from the
AMX and from the control PC at the same time?. Has anyone tried this
successfully?

Thanx in advance.

Kind regards,
Natalia.
