[AG-TECH] problem with AG2.3 video capture

Hello,

I just upgraded to AG 2.3 yesterday.  The AG Node Management on my display 
node can see the video capture machine's services.  And I can see there is 
a VideoProducerService.py processes on the video capture machines going to 
the Test Venue.  But the video stream is just not showing on the Testing 
Venue.  Is there any other problem area that I missed.
