[AG-TECH] Winnov Quadro and AGtk 2.3

Tom,

I already have it fixed. I needed an updated VideoService.zip and 
VideoProducerService.zip that I found mentioned in the ag-tech mailing 
list archive. I've attached a pdf of the article from the archive that 
describes the needed zip files.
