[AG-TECH] beaconserver

Hi all,

The ag beaconserver <http://beaconserver.accessgrid.org:9999/> is 
serving a blank page. I'm trying to get my node back up on a different 
subnet and need to figure out why it is missing the heartbeat on the 
outgoing side.
