In particular, you need to ensure that UDP port 47000 is open. You'll also 
need to enable incoming UDP to be able to see anything. (Unless windows' 
firewall does the right thing with opening incoming ports when the outgoing 
port sees traffic, tho that wouldn't work with the current vic).
