And if you mean how to import the .pem file itself, run the certmgr.py
command. It gives a prompt "(ID mode) >" at which you can give it
various instructions; try ? for help. More specifically, you could
enter:
	import newcert.pem

You can list existing certs with:
	list

and delete exisiting certs with:
	delete n
(where n is a cert number as provided by the "list" command)
