Hi Dondon,
Sounds like a classic problem: issues with multicast networks. I'd
suggest trying one of the venues with a unicast bridge to confirm this;
there's basic information about using the bridge built into AG 2.x at:

If the bridge does the trick, that would indicate that you're having a
problem with native multicast. If that's the case, you need to get your
networking folks in the loop to sort this out, since it likely requires
configuration changes on one or more routers. I'd suggest checking out
the following online tutorial to learn more about troubleshooting
multicast issues, so you can help pinpoint the problem and work
effectively with your networking folks:
